Hi there, Gregor Kemper asked me whether I would contribute an article on Sage to the next issue of the "Fachgruppe Computeralgebra" newsletter. He is responsible for the section on 'new systems' and is interested in a three page article on the ideas and the state of Sage. The preferred language is German.
I uploaded a draft to http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/malb/fca-sage/ and would really appreciate feedback. Note that the draft is -- as requested -- in German. I find the writing still a bit awkward but maybe someone on this list has some clever suggestions on how to improve it. Advertising Sage in the "Fachgruppe Computeralgebra" newsletter of is a nice opportunity. Also I'd say, advertising Sage's technical differences to other systems is the right way for this particular audience. To get an impression on how the newsletter looks like, check out: http://www.fachgruppe-computeralgebra.de/ and click on "Computeralgebra-Rundbriefe". The most recent issue discusses Maple 11 for example.
