Ok, so I poked around a little more: The current website is http://hermes.roua.org/ - the last release is "Download latest version: 0.9.12, released on 28 Nov. 2006"
hermes is "a semantic XML+MathML+Unicode e-publishing/self-archiving tool for LaTeX authored scientific articles" [what ever that means :)] The latest release builds out of the box on OSX, but on sage.math it dies due to missing dependencies: Transcript written on content.s.log. ./hermes content.s.dvi >content.lib.xml xsltproc pub.xslt content.lib.xml >content.pub.xml /bin/sh: xsltproc: not found make: *** [render] Error 127 But even if we do fix that the tarball has no "make install" target and I am at a loss what to install anyway. So I propose not to move it to experimental, but to plainly dumb it. If anybody wants it back we can do a proper spkg.
