Is there a compelling reason you want such an old version of sage?

Shortly there will be an official sage-3.4. You can have it already
from:
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff/release-cycles-3.4/

Just download:
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff/release-cycles-3.4/sage-3.4.tar
