trac email seems to be broken again. The last email that went out was
yesterday, but DNS inside sagemath does work.

Due to some strange problems yesterday I am running sage's trac inside
a screen session on sagemath in my (mabshoff) account and I do not see
any errors at the moment. Thoughts?
