in the notebook, top right, is the "report a problem" link and it
would be easy to include it in the header of sagemath.org, too.
problem: i'm currently the only one who looks after that list and
those reports are often of bad quality. i.e. it is often a support
question and not an actual bug or too general. so, either more
manpower for low quality + support or we keep it "hidden" behind the
word "trac". (well, renaming "trac" to "bug tracker" might also
help??)
