Built w/o problems as an upgrade to sage-3.4.1.rc4, on Mac OS X,  
10.4.11 (Core 2 Duo).

Testing yielded only one failure, a timeout running
     sage -t  "devel/sage/sage/interfaces/maxima.py"

I reran this test several times, and it passed each time.
