64-bit Ubuntu 8.10 on Intel Core Duo All tests passed as upgrade from 4.0.2.rc0
Builds from source for both 4.0.2.rc0 and 4.0.2.rc1 yield as a final message the curious: The following tests failed: sage -t devel/sage/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/ell_rational_field.py # 0 doctests failed The log doesn't offer any more clues about this.
