OK, here's a prototype. I think you just need Flash, so if you can watch YouTube, you should be in business.
In the notebook, hit "Upload" and insert the URL: http://buzzard.ups.edu/sage/Flow_Player_Demo.sws Notice the worksheet is very small. Video is on my server, Flowplayer is on Ondrej's server. The last block of text seems to be duplicated in my local version for some reason, but you'll get the idea. I used ImageMagick's convert to unpack Robert Miller's tree generation animated GIF built in Sage, then put it back together as a Flash video using ffmpeg. Sage Days 15 Introductions video was processed as described above.
