Hi folks,

The previous Sage 4.1.1.alpha0 release had a corrupted main repository
resulting from ticket #6307. This issue was reported at

http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel/browse_thread/thread/267a2cb90085536b/6eed2111445df3a2

Below is a second release of Sage 4.1.1.alpha0 in which #6307 has been
reverted. Of course you could manually revert it yourself if you had
upgraded to, or downloaded, the previous Sage 4.1.1.alpha0 release.
But if you don't want to do it yourself, then here is the source and
binary of the second, repo "corrupt-free" Sage 4.1.1.alpha0 release:

http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mvngu/release/sage-4.1.1.alpha0.tar
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mvngu/release/sage-4.1.1.alpha0-sage.math.washignton.edu-x86_64-Linux.tar.gz

The upgrade path is

http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mvngu/release/sage-4.1.1.alpha0/

But you won't be able to upgrade to this second alpha0 if you had
previously upgraded to the first alpha0. Let me emphasize that the
second alpha0 doesn't merge any patches from ticket #6307.
