By the way, these failures are related to ticket #6505 which seems to
have been merged but doesn't appear in the summary of tickets merged.
Actually, when I build from scratch, #6505 has been merged, but it's
not there in an upgraded version.  Maybe I did something wrong when I
upgraded, but my upgraded version is kind of screwed up; for example,
devel/sage/sage/version.py says that the version is 4.1, not
4.1.1.alpha1, but the banner (when Sage starts) says 4.1.1.alpha1.
