What a coincidence!  In this case it was also a clone made by my
student Jenny, also based on 4.1.1 + a few patches + lots of edits
containing the work she did.  But I do now have a patch made from that
which I am rebasing on 4.1.2.alpha2.

Other than that I am clueless.   I already tried putting that message
into Google but could not find anything helpful (to me).
