Hi, There have been a couple of requests on sage-support in regards to Gnuplot.py. The current package was broken in the upgrade to Python 2.6. The new version Gnuplot.py 1.8 works with Python 2.6 and has some updates with respect to Numpy. This is now Trac #7187 and there is a new package at http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/awebb/gnuplotpy-1.8.spkg.
