Hi Marshall,

usually it's me to build the OS X 10.4 Sage binaries, but this time I
was hindered, and you were faster. I downloaded and tested your
binary, and it works OK on my "clean-room" OS partition, so most
probably it works for other people, too. Thanks for providing it!

@Harald, Minh, William:
Could you upload Marshall's binary to the usual download place?
Perhaps unzip it before, the difference in size compared to the .dmg
is only 5% or so.
