I had such feedback from several persons.  That was just by hearsay;
they had not played directly with Sage. And they happily changed their
mind once I explained the above to them. At least one of them is
contributing regularly on this list now :-)

So nothing more than unjustified rumours and misinterpretations,
probably dating back from the early days of Sage, when the main
selling point was the gluing approach. But we should take them into
account in our advertising.
