Thank you. Given that, and the fact it fails on on both HP-UX and Solaris 8 due
to the inclusion of the long options, I've created a new spkg
http://boxen.math.washington.edu/home/kirkby/portability/cliquer-1.2.p3/cliquer-1.2.p3.spkg
which comments out the line adding the long options. It fixes it on Solaris 8 -
I'll fix the HP-UX issues at a later date, as they are more complex.
Perhaps someone could review the ticket.

Unfortunately, the Makefile which was already in the package was not in the
repository. I've now added that. I think that is done ok, but it would be worth
the release manager having a look once it gets reviewed.
