Environment info (including, but probably not limited to): Sage versions: 4.3 4.3.1 OS: Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.3 "Lenny" Architectures: i386, amd64 GCC version: (Debian 4.3.2-1.1) 4.3.2 My Sage installation is self-compiled from source. 4.3 had been upgraded from earlier versions. For 4.3.1, I tried a freshly extracted source to avoid any possibly upgrade-related trouble, but the effect is the same.
