The Texas Advanced Computing Center, in association with the Jackson
School of Geosciences at The University of Texas at Austin, is pleased
to present the 4th annual Scientific Software Day event. The purpose
of the event is to increase awareness of new scientific software and
to inform users of relevant and timely issues.

The day will include a number of short presentations related to the
developments in scientific software.

Keynote Address
Can you trust the code? An analysis of the software quality of global
climate models.

Tutorial
Project leader William Stein will present a tutorial on SAGE, a free
open-source alternative to Magma, Maple, Mathematica, and Matlab.
