Hours are:

12:15-5:30 Th
9:30-5:30 Fr
9:30-5:30 Sa
9:00-12:00 Su

I see that as needing (supposing we aren't *continuously* there) five
hours the first day, 2 the last, and 7 the middle two. If we want two
people there at a time (which would be best, one for minor questions
and one for in-depth, which often happened in the past), that would be
21*2=42 hours of staffing - not counting set-up and take-down.
Assuming no one was asked to do more than six hours, that would
require seven or eight different people who commit to that much time -
and of course to make sure that they overlap properly. We wouldn't
want just two or three people to be there for many hours as happened
the last time (unless they wanted to be!).

That doesn't mean we shouldn't do it, but the point is that funding
would be a relatively trivial issue compared to staffing. Any
takers? I guess Marshall and I are volunteering, based on our
posts :)
