Personally I feel whatever may be the legality of the word "should" in this
license, we should ask the developer what he was meaning when he wrote it. If
the FSF say it's GPL compatible but the developer really wants to be
acknowledged, then I believe we should accept his wishes.
I believe Dima has asked the developer anyway. If he does not respond, go with
whatever the FSF say.
