Since the big Pari upgrade we have had this:

Exiting spawned GP/PARI interpreter process.

Note that the gp/pari interpreter was started even though not used.
It is my fault, and a side-effect of something which was necessary,
but needs fixing.  Is there yet a ticket for it?  The fix is *simply*
to delete lines 199 and 120 from sage/interfaces/gp/py, i.e. the last
line of __init__ and the comment.

This should be done before 4.6 gets released.
