That looks really nice! It took a while to figure out the license. But looking in the source...
http://mathjax.orb/mathjax/MathJax.js it's Apache 2.0, so we can definitely ship it. MathJax uses external fonts, like JSMath... if it's more user-friendly, I'm in support of it. It worked on my laptop (linux/ff) without issue.
