How often will / should pari be updated within sage? I encountered a bug in pari 2.4.3 (alpha) while working on a sage ticket. I reported it to pari, and they fixed it the same day. But then it takes some time for this fix to reach sage, or we could update sage with bug fixes immediately.
I don't know how the process of updating pari within sage works, but I've been told that it should be a lot quicker now that pari 2.4.3 is in. Hence the question.
