+1 to regular published status reports that summarize development over a few months in specific areas in Sage. William basically called for one in another thread, and it was interesting to read what has been happening. In particular, it would be great to hear status reports from people that have been doing development, but no longer have time or interest to continue on a particular line of development, so others can pick up the work if desired (I suppose the Windows port would fall in this area...)

Even just setting up categories for the status reports would help organize the planning.
