Due to several reasons, I reinstalled Ubuntu 11.10 on my computer and
successfully built Sage in the fresh Ubuntu (after treating the
Singular and Symmetrica issues following this:
http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel/browse_thread/thread/68bf1bf69873dd77/158039e212950f59?lnk=gst&q=singular%2Cubuntu+11.10#158039e212950f59)
I had another R package in my previous Ubuntu installed from the
Ubuntu's repository. I seemed that Sage installer misunderstood that
package with the the Sage's one.
Thank you for your help. I am sorry that I cannot send Leif the old
config.log.
Best,
Khuong
