Data points: Jmol works with Firefox 7 and Chromium 14 in a 32-bit Ubuntu 11.04 VM, using test.sagenb.org. Perhaps less useful, Jmol also works with Firefox and IE9 in a Windows 7 VM using Sun's/Oracle's Java. And since everything works locally in my regular 11.10 machine, it seems to be something about the remote connection and my current Java. Any other Ubuntu Oneiric users seeing this?
