I already restarted sagenb.org. I think I've restarted sagenb.org maybe 2-3

I only restarted it after logging in and confirming that things were
still totally broken.
When I say I "restarted" sagenb.org, I mean that I ran the script
~/servers/restart_all,
which also kills a large number of rogue processes... in this case
many many rogue
processes, which are probably the source of the problem.
Interesting. Do you know what the bad processes looked like?
When I say restart, I mean that I did
./admin --restart=sagenb
