Sorry, I should have been more clear: my chrome blocks cookies, firefox
has noscript, etc. Even Safari just played some sort of flash thing, but
I never saw a file. When I try wget, I just get an html file:

Uh... I have no idea what happens... would my provider refuse to serve files depending on who connects!?
