Hi folks, A few weeks ago, I was asked if *all* (standard) components in the sage "bundle"
http://sagemath.org/download-packages.html http://sagemath.org/links-components.html have to be downloaded, even if some of the components already exist on the target machine. My answer to this question was 'Yes'. The above begs the following question: is there any initiative in turning the answer to the above question toward the negative?
