I have no idea if this is a new issue, but the attachments for http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/12684 don't view quite correctly: there are some lines at the end of the patch which move files around, and those are not visible when you view the attachment.
(This may be just the same as in the old version of trac.
