Hi!
Trying to build 5.0.beta13 on my ubuntu system, I got an error building
gcc-4.6.3.
This appears to be the part of the log file where something dramatic
happens:
In file included from /usr/include/stdio.h:28:0,
from ../../../src/libgcc/../gcc/tsystem.h:87,
from ../../../src/libgcc/../gcc/libgcc2.c:29:
/usr/include/features.h:323:26: fatal error: bits/predefs.h: No such file
or directory

I am running ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric), on a 32 bit machine, with processors
Intel CPU U7300 @ 1.30GHz × 2.
