I think that would belong to "huge" http://www.sagemath.org/download-packages.html Note that it dwarfs the other entry: stein-watkins-ecdb.spkg which is only 2.6 GB. But I think database_cremona_ellcurve in optional is also around 2GB. So you may be setting a new standard there.
