Weird. Did you change anything w.r.t. previous builds (assuming you did already build on the same machine and filesystem)?
Does it also happen when you rerun 'make [build]' (which shouldn't do much since the build nearly completed, only afterwards './sage -b' and probably build the docs, unless you again get an error from 'tee')?
