Hello, what sequence of instructions could tell what Sage 5.10 "user-interface" is currently being used ? Possible answers are: - cloud.sagemath.org - Sage Notebook - "linux" command line - "windows" command line (?) - "cygwin" command line (?) - new others... Long ago I used to check if variable sage.plot.plot.EMBEDDED_MODE is defined to see if notebook is being used.
I have a patch that changes EMBEDDED_MODE to a dictionary that tells you what frontend (notebook or cell server) is being used. I've been waiting for the switch to git to submit it, though. I hope to submit it in the next month or so.
