So... http://wiki.sagemath.org/SageServer and http://wiki.sagemath.org/DanDrake/JustEnoughSageServer didn't help? Note that there are warnings not to attempt this if you don't know something about network security (which I don't, so I don't try to set up a server). But this should be sufficient to set up a Sage server.
