Sure that's fine for skipping doctests, but even for that I feel the Sage 
library could get polluted if we support too many optional spkgs/third 
party software, especially if these aren't correctly maintained anymore; 
not speaking about magma, but I don't think anyone tests all the optional 
spkgs and can ensure none of them is broken when standard pieces of Sage 
are upgraded.
