Dear all, I'd like to cleanup the way we build a bunch of packages more or less related to ATLAS: * remove the dirty configure hack to IML which makes it so that IML does not link to CBLAS/ATLAS and as a consequence LinBox does not use IML because of undefined symbols. * patch LinBox with upstream fix to correctly deteck newer FPLLL (and potentially patch the IML detection on systems with picky linkers, e.g. Solaris, Cygwin). * make FFLAS-FFPACK better detect CBLAS and LAPACK. * surely a bunch of other wonderful fixes.
Unfortunately I cannot test it easily test it on OS X which has its own accelerate framework (I have a VM with OS X but that's not exactly very practical), so if someone could provide me access to such a system I'll happily torture it and tweak my patches so that they work on OS X.
