I just noticed those 2 files:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4 févr.  5 22:08
/usr/lib/sagemath/build/pkgs/git/.hgignore
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 4 févr.  5 22:08
/usr/lib/sagemath/build/pkgs/ncurses/.hgignore

but they hardly use any space.
