Meanwhile, I know at least a way to fix it manually; I type rm local/var/lib/sage/installed/git-1.8.4.4 make in the sage directory and rebuild git. I do not know, where to put those commands so that this is done automatically after moving the sage-installation. Or maybe we should just put it into a makefile "make rebuild-git".
