I think dot2tex-2.8.7.p2.spkg [1] is not the most recent version of the dot2tex package. The most recent is dot2tex-20120520.tar.bz2 [2] and it uses the new git layout structure for sage packages. Which one are you using (seen in the output of sage -i) ? [1] http://www.sagemath.org/packages/optional/ [2] http://www.sagemath.org/packages/upstream/dot2tex/index.html Still, I tried "view(Poset( ([1,2,3,4,5],[[1,2],[1,3],[3,4],[2,5],[4,5]]) ),tightpage=True)" using dot2tex-2.8.7.p2.spkg with sage-6.3.beta3 and it worked. It gives a different pdf image than yesterday more ugly in fact : vertices circle are clipped by the boundary of the image.
