Hi!  I was noticing that in thematic tutorials in the *live* documentation, 
any Sage doctests which are skipped turn into what looks like output blocks.

So, for instance,

.. skip

::

    sage: f.integrate?

turns into something like a long yellow cell-like area that one cannot 
click inside of, sort of like all the examples do in the static html 
documentation.

However, in principle one wants all such things to be live cells; that is 
sort of the point.  But not all should be doctested, so I still need the 
skip or something like it.  Does anyone know enough about how these things 
are built to help me figure out what to do here?
