As you can see, no buildbot link is provided. There is a relevant build, however: http://build.sagedev.org/trac/builders/trac_builder/builds/1046 and its logs contain relevant failure reports. You can only get to that report if you already know where to find it (for instance by setting the ticket back to "needs review").
