Ok, I found the time to fight with it some today.
I followed those steps :
- apt-get source pari ;
- apply sage's cb_pari_err_handle.patch patch ;
- dpkg-buildpackage -b -us -uc
(I have all deps so that's ok)
- install the useful packages, and also copy by hand anal.h in
/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/pari/
I reported a wishlist bug on pari's debian package (#77237).
