Occasionally people do; I occasionally cull (i) or transfer them/report upstream to the github sagenb site, for instance. It's just that people have other things to work on; in that sense, "triage" is happening continuously. Secondly, it's probably better to keep them around (unless server space is an issue! j/k) in case there is something more subtle happening than one thinks. For example, (iii) tickets may have useful information on porting in general, even if they may not be worked on regularly. When in doubt, might as well leave it alone.
