Now it should work better. The problem was that I had enabled to use Hilbert-driven Gröbner basis computations in Singular, when computing the depth of a cohomology ring. Unfortunately, either Singular has a bug here, or my code for using Hilbert-driven computation is wrong. So, for now, I switched back to the Hilbert-free approach.
