Concerning my old-style spkg: I wouldn't mind if it was removed from the
server---it currently doesn't install anyway, because of backward
incompatible changes that have happened in SageMath half a year ago.

However, I believe that "sage -i <full url of an old style spkg>" should
still be supported.
