I ask, if there exist some set-up that test-builds Sage?

An ideal case would be a set of freshly cloned instances of VirtualBox 
virtual appliances, each running a different operating system or Linux 
distribution and downloads the testable Sage code and uploads the console 
output to some web application, but it seems to me that a cheap starting 
point might be to set up some system using the various available 
free-for-open-source Continuous Integration systems. A list of some
