Well, or to (the analogue of)
http://files.sagemath.org/win/README.txt
or
http://files.sagemath.org/win/README-virtualbox.txt
which is the same file (or an identical copy of the former), as
mentioned in my previous post.
In Sage 7.4, we can just change the link in the Installation Guide to
directly lead to the wiki page, which IMHO at least currently makes more
sense.
