All of them have some discussion, but they all seem stalled:
* Set JUPYTER_CONFIG_DIR

There is a fourth blocker ticket with ongoing work:
* No emacs interface anymore in sage 7.4 beta0: both sage_mode and
sage-shell-mode broken
