in the case of a mixed integer linear program (MILP), there are some solver
backends which do not appear in the html doc
<http://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/reference/numerical/index.html#linear-optimization-lp-and-mixed-integer-linear-optimization-mip-solver-backends>
.

i think that it is convenient to show that too, but are there any
objections?

notice that in src/doc/../numerical/index.rst this doc is commented out:

.. backends depending on optional packages
..   sage/numerical/backends/coin_backend
..   sage/numerical/backends/cplex_backend
..   sage/numerical/backends/gurobi_backend

on a separate note, i would suggest to have the instructions for installing
them in their respective classes (currently, these instructions can only be
found in the LP thematic tutorial
<http://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/thematic_tutorials/linear_programming.html#using-cplex-or-gurobi-through-sage>
).
