I've seen it happen before a few times and now Ursula Whitcher reports it while reviewing https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/22391 : if you click on the branch name it just shows that 3 files are deleted, which is scary and useless. Would be nice to know what is causing this issue and how to fix it!
